This declaration is the result of the third Franco-German cross-border conference that took place on the 5 and 6th of april, 2017. It gathered the two governments and the cross-border regions in France (Grand Est), and Germany (lands of Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland and Baden-Württemberg). The different sectors of cross-border cooperation are addressed, such as employment, apprenticeship, transports, digital, culture, environnement, health, universities; in order to renew the mutual commitment of the two countries in cross-border cooperation.
