The pan-European ALL DIGITAL Week is an annual digital empowerment campaign run at digital competence centres, libraries, schools, community centres and non-profits across Europe, bringing 100,000 Europeans every year in exciting online and offline events tackling digital transformation and its effects. Since its start in 2010, the campaign has directly involved over one million people.

Supported by corporations, NGOs and public authorities, the campaign is organized each year in March by ALL DIGITAL, an umbrella organisation that represents European networks of digital competence centres.

In 2019, the three main themes of the campaign are:

  • Promote media literacy by developing critical thinking and digital literacy
  • Build safety and trust in technology by developing cybersecurity skills
  • Enhance employability by developing the right skills for the new digital jobs.

Underpinning these themes there will be a range of events and activities across Europea covering a variety of topics from digital literacy and digital citizenship to coding and STEM skills for society.

During the week of 25-31 March 2019, the campaign wishes to send a strong message to Europeans that they should take active steps towards understanding and benefiting from the digital transformation, by learning new media literacy and digital skills and by developing an adaptive mindset.

In 2019, ALL DIGITAL Week campaign is contributing to EU Media Literacy Week.

ALL DIGITAL is working in collaboration with national partners who in their turn involve local organisations. All the events are added to the map of events; you can filter those by theme, country and type.
