This document describes the simple procedure how to increase the security of documents used in communication with the steakholders. Securing the documentation is one of the basic element needed for secure AI usage and control. This simple procedure solves some problems which are currently present in research and should be enhanced in the future. There is no trusted AI without restoring the trust in the documentation, and some reserach agencies have started similar projects.
