One too many citizen ideas created through co-creation platforms remain that; just some citizen ideas. There is no process that deals with end to end service innovation in ways that include the citizen.

So, we need an innovation platform where citizens in every corner of EU can post their ideas for public services and supported by experts turn their ideas into innovation challenges that teams of citizens, public servants and technology experts can solve together. We need to embed crowdfunding to make sure that citizens want this enought to their money where their heart is and match fuding to make sure that progressed ideas have the political and financial backing for successful ideas to be put into practice leading to digital transformation.  While crowdfunding can fund solution development, match funding can be used for the process review and business case development necessary to make things happen.
