Experience:

I am working in a personal project that involves a quite a lot of research.

It is easier to find something about a subject in US than in some EU countries, such as Germany or Poland. There are many sites that do not have an english version or if they do, sometimes what is published in english is not so uptaed as information in native language.

All right: it is getting better, I've already noticed. But communication in a EU Digital Market should have a primary language  - the one most known by all EU citizens - the only way to an effctive digital market be really achieved.

Ideas:

A primary language to all digital communications in EU Digital Market and EU sites. Then every country, entreprise, business could publish in native language of course. But there should be a practise of digital publications through out EU in a chosen primary language common to all and adopted by all EU members.
