Development of the telescope for supervision in a range of vibrations of zero energy

We have established that matter of any celestial body as a result of internal tension generates the vibration of zero energy (VZE) which extend to huge distances therefore supervision in a range of VZE open new opportunities for astronomy. Besides, in Space there are forms of intelligent life which are shown only in VZE range. For example, we observed how one of such life forms – a Energy information field (EIF) has arrived from Distant Space in the summer 2003 and occupied Earth. What global changes which consequences it is difficult to predict are result of. Besides the possibility that new EIF from which it is necessary to protect a civilization will arrive to Earth isn't excluded.

  At the same time, we have developed the device by means of which we have received in decibels of an assessment of the VZE level of the Sun, Moon, a star to Betelgeyza and other objects. At the same time 620 light years to a star to Betelgeyza, aren't a limit for such supervision.

Therefore I suggest to include this subject in the plan of works of the Horizon 2020 program. Especially as placement of such telescope on the spacecraft will allow to watch in VZE range, also volcanoes and seismically dangerous zones. Results of these supervision can be used for the forecast of terms of explosions of volcanoes and probability of earthquakes.
