This document reports on how any potential ethical issues in OpenGovIntelligence will be addressed by the partners involved in field work activities, and in data collection and mangement. Potential ethical issues for OpenGovIntelligence, in the categories of "Human participants involved in research" and "Protection of Personal Data", are addressed. With regard to these, a description of ethical clearance considerations and processes of each partner involved in research activities is provided.
