The report includes a detailed description of gender and ethics related requirements to be met by the project according to requirements elicitation work conducted during the project's start-up phase as well as related guidelines and templates to be applied for adequately responding to the identified requirements (e.g. consent form). The framework also includes a description of management procedures and tools to be applied for compliance monitoring throughout the entire project duration.

The deliverable should be focused more on the project. The framework is too general (too "academic"); there are many useful references to guidelines, ethics literature, ecc. but the general sentences are reported without a clear link to the project. How these general guidelines (methodology) will be used/developed within the project?
There are examples of consensus form templates, but an example of information sheet is missing. Moreover, these examples are not enough focused on vulnable groups (specific templates and/or procedures should be developed); Deliverable D2.2 states that "Disability groups", "School groups", "Older person", "Youth associations" will be involved.
Who are the participants (citizens) involved in the project? how many? how will they be invoved? are they vulnerable groups and how does the project involve/protect them?Timing? All these aspects should be addressed in the next deliverable.
