Your experience

I am a regular buyer of ebooks.  I live in Spain but I am a British national.  I cannot buy ebooks from the UK Amazon site when in Spain (I can if I visit the UK).  I often find that buying the same ebook in Spain is much more costly than buying the same book in the UK.  The difference cannot be accounted for by differences in VAT  (and ebooks attract far more VAT in both UK and Spain than printed material) since I find that the price charged in Spain is double the price charged in the UK).

I welcome the initiative in the EU to harmonise digital rights and prices for online purchasing across the community.
