WHAT:  The Estonian-Latvian cross border programme has supported the research and production of a bilingual dictionary.

WHERE:

Estonia and Latvia.

HOW:

Both the Latvian Language Agency and the Institute of the Estonian language have cooperated to adapt the dictionary to modern language.

RESULTS:

The dictionary has been published in both paper and electronic format, within the support of Estonian-Latvian cross border cooperation programme 2007-2013. This outcome might raise and promote cross border contacts especially concerning the facilitation of the information flow between both countries.
