The Coalition of cities, regions, islands and ports for the Mission Ocean and Waters (MOW) – implemented by CO-WATERS – is supported by tailored services that include networking and peer learning, interactive training, citizen and stakeholder engagement, funding advice, and support for communities to earn the Label in support of the Mission Ocean and Waters through the development of strong transition plans and on-the-ground action. All services are co-created in collaboration with cities, regions, islands, ports, and a wider network of stakeholders.
