MENTOR Catalogue Submission Form

As a part of WP5 objectives of MENTOR, eligible submissions include community programs/interventions targeting young people in different settings, including but not limited to municipalities, educational institutions (e.g. schools and kindergartens), social services, workplaces and local communities. The interventions will also include innovative approaches to preventing and managing mental health problems by social prescribing (arts, sports etc.). The MENTOR catalogue will also cover practices aimed at reducing health inequalities, including specific actions to support vulnerable groups (including women in the perinatal phase) and socio-economically disadvantaged populations (migrants, refugees, Roma, and displaced persons from Ukraine).
