The Manifesto on Citizen Engagement was launched on 23 November 2016 by the Citizen Focus Action Cluster of the European Innovation Partnership on Smart Cities and Communities. 
It has to date been endorsed by over 120 public and private sector representatives and, in view of its upcoming first anniversary, we are re-launching the initiative in order to involve a wider range of cities and continue fostering citizen engagement in Smart City planning. 

With this in mind, we would like to invite you to take part in our survey. Your answers will help us defining good practices in the six areas of intervention outlined in the Manifesto, while also supporting the selection of the most advanced cities, among those participating, that will be nominated 'Ambassador Cities'.
