Glossary:High-growth enterprise

A high-growth enterprise (growth by 20 % or more) is an enterprise with an average annualised growth greater than 20 % per year over a three-year period. Growth can be measured by the number of employees or by turnover.

A high-growth enterprise (growth by 10 % or more) is an enterprise with average annualised growth in number of employees greater than 10 % per year over a three-year period (t – 3 to t) and having at least 10 employees in the begining of the growth (t – 3).
