The annual ESF Transnational Platform event will take place on 18 and 19 June in Brussels. The seminar will bring together up to 150 representatives from the ESF Managing Authorities, project promoters, policy makers and stakeholders at EU and national levels.
The seminar will take stock of the lessons learnt in the implementation of the ESF from 2014. It will look at the future, namely at how the ESF could financially support the implementation of the European Pillar of Social Rights. Discussions will focus on current policy issues in the fields of employment, education, learning and skills, social inclusion, administrative reforms, and the role that the European Social Fund and transnationality can play in promoting, testing, and scaling-up effective measures. Successful and inspirational practices funded by the ESF and other EU Programmes will be showcased.
This year the seminar is upon invitation only. You will receive the invitation in the coming weeks. In the meanwhile, please save the date! Should you be interested in participating, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assess your request.
We will ask Managing Authorities to nominate delegations. In order to ensure balance between Managing Authorities, stakeholders and policy makers from different Member States, national quotas will be set.
We are looking forward to meeting you again this year. All updates regarding the Conference will be available on the ESF Transnational Platform’s website.
