This is an ENRD guidance document on using lump sums for the provision of preparatory support for LEADER Local Action Groups (LAGs).
It was produced in the context of an ENRD workshop on SCOs in LEADER.
As the ENRD has become part of the EU CAP Network, this website will no longer be updated.
