Finalists for the first-ever annual EU organic awards have been announced, recognising excellence all along in the organic food chain. The finalists were chosen from a pool of over 200 submissions from 26 Member States submitted in recent months.
A total of 24 finalists from 11 different Member States are now shortlisted for the EU organics awards. Winners of the eight categories will be announced at the official awards ceremony during the annual EU organic day in Brussels on 23 September.
