Context: 

Many young people are concerned about climate change, so it would be good to give them more information about the topic and teach them ways to prevent or delay it. A camp is a good way to do it, because they would meet other youngsters from different countries and get to spend time with them in a new environment. The activities at the camps would be innovative and interesting, so that learning about the environment would be fun.

Project idea summary: 

Our local 4H-club is interested in cooperating with a Leader area somewhere in the EU. The theme of the camp would be environment, recycling, nature and climate change. The Project idea is to organise two eco camps for youngsters (ages 15-29) and they would learn new things about the climate change and the environment by taking part in different and interesting activities. There would be one camp in each country. We are Still in the process of planning the Project, so we would be more than happy to hear your ideas.

Objectives: 

The objective of the Project is to teach youngsters new things about the environment and how to save energy and delay climate change.It seems like many young people are very concerned about climate change, so this Project would be a good way to give them more information about it and tools to prevent or delay it.They would also learn more about the environment and the nature that surrounds them. They would also get international experience by meeting other young people from other countries and cooperating with them.
