Evaluation of the technical assistance and communication strategy of the European Structural and Investment Funds in Normandie

This study analysed, ‘to what extent the mobilisation of technical assistance by the Normandie Region ensures effective and efficient implementation of its European programs and what are the obstacles, the levers, points of attention and identifiable opportunities’. The relevance of the communication strategy of the European programs in Normandie in view of its initial results as well as the adequacy of the resources mobilized for the implementation of the actions.
