Žieminiai kviečiai ir žieminiai rapsai kenčia nuo klimato kaitos -ekstremalių temperatūros svyravimų. Trūksta tyrimais grįstų praktinių rekomendacijų Lietuvos klimato sąlygmis kurias žieminių veisles naudoti. Rinkoje pilna įvežtinių iš pietinių kraštų sėklų veislių , kurios neatlaiko šių temperatūros staigių pokyčių.

This is the problem (summary in English):

Winter wheat and winter rapeseed suffer from climate change - extreme temperature fluctuations. There is a lack of research-based practical recommendations for which winter varieties to use in Lithuanian climate conditions. The market is full of imported varieties of seeds from southern regions that cannot withstand these sudden temperature changes.
