Maeve McElwee has been Director of Employer Relations at the Irish Business and Employers’ Confederation (Ibec) since 2015. She has held senior positions in Ibec since 2000, including Head of Industrial Relations and Director of the Ibec North East Region.
She is also a board member of Eurofound, a member of the National Economic and Social Council and, previously, board member of the Workplace Relations Commission.
Prior to joining Ibec, Maeve McElwee worked with the World Bank in Washington DC.
