Magdalena Rola-Janicka obtained her PhD at the University of Amsterdam and is currently an assistant professor in finance at Tilburg University. Her research focuses on topics in financial intermediation and political economy of finance. Magdalena’s work has been published at the Review of Financial Studies, awarded Best Job Market in Finance Theory award and selected to the final of the ECB Young Economist Competition. She is a member of the Finance Theory Group and 2022 ECB Lamfalussy Fellow.
