Conformance testing checks if your eDelivery Access Point or Service Metadata Publisher (SMP) follows the official eDelivery rules. It looks at whether your software correctly implements all the needed features.

Connectivity testing, on the other hand, checks if a freshly set up eDelivery Access Point or SMP can talk to a sample system. If it can send and receive messages without problems, it most likely means everything has been installed and set up correctly.
