- Domibus version 5.0.2 (bug fix release tackles several reported minor bugs, 3rd Party libraries upgrades and the inclusion of some minor additional features) was released on the .
- Domibus versions 4.2.x reach the end of support in December. The final public release for this version line, 4.2.12, is planned for the .

- Intensive support to European Parliament team using Domibus to exchange data in the legislative decision process. Issue resolved after two weeks.
Incident Management:
SMT - workload details:
Less SMT tickets were opened and handled in October 2022 compared to September 2022, however the number of request to renew/issue PKI Certificates remains high. There were also a lot of questions from users on how to install the new certificate with keystore and truststore, questions on Domibus migration etc.
Email interaction:
For eDelivery, received mails were related to:
- Requests for AS4 connectivity test with Keskus, Tax administraion of Slovenia (FURS) (CESOP [1]project), Administração dos Portos de Sines e do Algarve (APS)
- GTC’s for CommisSign certificates were signed to all domains, except for the SE-DIGG domain. Reminders were sent but no answer so far.
- Question on Apache Commons Text security vulnerability for Domibus and SML.
- Project: DGJUST e-Evidence project - connect to eTranslation – meeting planned on 16/11
- Questions from users: Domibus (issue in Domibus SQL migration script from 4.2.x to 5.0 & 5.0.1, question on Domibus cluster mode, help with migration from 4.2.9 to 5.0.1, issue with invalid receiver certificate), SML/SMP (SMP certificate update), BRIS (PKI certificate), DE4A (PKI certificates), ECDB (PKI certificate renewal, issue with keystore/truststore installation for PKI certificate), PCN (PKI certificate request), EDELGOVCY (PKI certificates), CiXP (certificate requests), EUDAMED (PKI approval procedure), EUCEG (PKI certificates),TAPAS (fake EO onboarding, Apache Commons Text security vulnerability, Domibus migration from 4.2 to 5.0)
- There was a total of 888 emails in the FMB. We have removed 64 emails for SML Inconsistency, 68 Run deck automation, 24 from xmatters, 33 emails from PKI CommiSsign from the count, which makes a total of 699 received mails for the reporting month.
PKI:
In October 2022, 37 certificates were issued: 1 UDB, 1 ECDB, 8 EUCEG, 1 IRI, 2 EUDAMED, 22 BRIS, 2 CiXP.
