How to raise your questions?

Three specific channels of communication have been set up to answer your questions. Please use the most appropriate channel depending on the nature of your enquiry:

  1. You can ask here below all your questions and issues on Trusted List content. Please do fill in a specific title, describe your issue and tag it with key words to allow the community to search by keywords. Also, should you find the information useful, please vote.
  2. For your sensitive or private functionality questions, please send an email to EC-TL-Service@ec.europa.eu
  3. For technical questions, issues or feature requests on the tools (and in particular TL Manager), please use the JIRA issue reporting system: https://ec.europa.eu/digital-building-blocks/tracker/projects/TLM/summary (for TL Manager)

About the community

The Trusted List Scheme Operator (TLSO) of an EU Member State is the body responsible for the operation of the assessment scheme of that Member State. Following the operation of that scheme, the Scheme Operator maintains and publishes the corresponding Member State Trusted List (C(I)D 2015/1505/EU, part of the legal framework).
The TLSO User Community is the place where you can find resources for managing a Trusted List and interact with other Operators and the CEF team.
