<p class="item-txt">Our infrastructure is built by skilled workers trained through vocational education (VET). But the system is stressed - skills need to evolve, not professions. We propose a digital credentialing system for a mobile workforce, allowing individuals to easily upskill and adapt throughout their careers. Accessing funding can be a challenging and expensive endeavor for innovative SMEs, investors, and operators of innovation services like accelerators, cascade funding operators, and business innovation centers. The opportunity costs involved are substantial for all parties. Our pilot project seeks to revolutionize the current funding landscape by establishing an online Trust Framework. This framework will be backed by Verifiable Credentials and powered by EBSI standards, streamlining and securing the funding process to significantly reduce costs and improve efficiency for startups and investors alike.</p>

<p class="item-txt">The European Blockchain Association, as part of the EU Blockchain Sandbox - lessons learned from the first year of the pan-European regulatory blockchain sandbox. The pan-European regulatory sandbox started in 2023 and annually accepts cohorts of 20 blockchain use cases. They are matched with relevant national and EU regulators for a safe and constructive dialogue on the most relevant regulatory issues. The dialogues are held across industry sectors and geographic regions, which helps to identify and exchange best practices in the interest of the wider community. The best practices reports will identify regulatory and legal issues and solutions with a focus of sharing insights and lessons learned across sectors Manifesto, is releasing an Open letter to EU Institutional Representatives. This letter aims to consolidate past efforts in DLT innovation, emphasize the opportunities blockchain technology offers for digital trust services and new digital communities, and advocate for the transition from Web2 to Web3. The objective is to support the harmonized adoption of tokenized services in Europe, ensuring internal market competitiveness and strategic autonomy. Structured into three sections, the letter reinforces the importance of blockchain technology as a strategic priority for the Union, proposes a strategic roadmap anchored by existing public infrastructure projects like EBSI and EUDIW, and envisions a role for public-private partnerships in achieving these goals.</p>
