Hi my name is Matthew and I am desperate as I need SPID code to access to an Italian competition to teach English in Italy.
I am British with British documents and only the Italian Codice Fiscale.
It seems I need an eID to have a SPID but I am stuck....I have no idea what to do to have an eID......so after I can do SPID...help please
