This Thematic Learning Dialogue (TLD) took place in Tallinn (EE), hosted by the Estonian PES, Töötukassa, with participating PES from Greece, Belgium Capital Region (Actiris), Czechia, and Iceland, supported by peer coaches from the host Estonia, Austria, France and the Netherlands.

The TLD addressed the topic of quality management and featured presentations from the host PES on:

• Quality Management in the Estonian PES;
• Excellence Models in the Estonian PES;
• Customer and Partner Feedback in the Estonian PES; and
• Ensuring the quality of work- focused counselling by supporting the professional development of counsellors.

Participating PES identified crucial needs in relation to their work on quality management, potential need for further information and support, as well as ways of adapting the approach presented by the Estonian PES (Töötukassa) to their institutional, organisational and economic conditions.
