The PES Network Working Group on Quality Management 2021-2022 met online for the second time on 17 February 2022.

Supported by thematic expert Johann Sauermann, discussions focused on three areas of quality management practice:

1. Customer feedback methods and their relative efficacy, with examples from PES in Belgium (VDAB) and Croatia (HZZ);
2. How to involve customers in developing processes and products, with an example from the PES in Germany (BA);
3. Creating a culture of QM, with an example Good Practice Award from the PES in Austria (AMS).

The meeting built on the work of the 1^st WG meeting in October 2021. It was followed by a 3^rd and final WG on Quality Management meeting in March 2022.

The meeting was co-chaired by the Austrian and German PES and included participation by PES from Belgium (Actiris & VDAB), Croatia, Estonia, Lithuania, Portugal, Spain and Iceland.
