A high-level conference to discuss the findings of the European Parliament Pilot Project on Loneliness, carried out by Directorate-General for Employment, social affairs and inclusion of the European Commission and the Joint Research Centre.

The results of the first EU-wide loneliness survey will be presented and discussed.

The event will bring together EU and national policymakers, top academics from different disciplines working on loneliness, international organisations as well as practitioners working on interventions, to further dialogue and bring attention to a topic of societal relevance.
