Manual for statistics on energy consumption in households - 2013 edition - Products Manuals and Guidelines

This "Manual for statistics on energy consumption in households" is the result of a joint effort undertaken in the context of the ESSNet project "MESH" by experts from five Member States, namely Austria, the Netherlands, Slovenia and the United Kingdom together with the coordinator from Spain. The need for this manual appeared in the context of the recent enlargement of the statistical scope of the Energy Statistics Regulation 1099/2008 in the field of energy consumption in households. This manual will contribute to make these specific data collection techniques more uniform while documenting relevant examples and best practices.
