of EU legislation on waste shipments
General
Shipments of "green-listed" non-hazardous wastes
to non-OECD countries (DG TRADE)
- Commission
Regulation (EC) No 1418/2007 of 29 November 2007concerning
the export for recovery of certain waste listed in Annex
III or IIIA to Regulation (EC) No 1013/2006 of the European
Parliament and of the Council to certain countries to which
the OECD Decision on the control of transboundary movements
of wastes does not apply.
This regulation takes into account recent answers by non-OECD
countries concerning their rules on import of green-listed
non-hazardous wastes and replaces with its entry into force
on 18 December 2007 Regulation
(EC) No 801/2007 of 6 July 2007. Regulation No 801/2007
continues to apply for 60 days after 18.12.2007 to certain
wastes (see Article 3 of Regulation (EC) No 1418/2007).

This regulation takes account of additional answers by non-OECD countries concerning their rules on import of green-listed non-hazardous wastes
