Lingua Show/Job Expo 2012

Around 8000 visitors over two days came to experience the combined Jobs Expo/Lingua Show in the beautiful art-deco Výstavištĕ exhibition centre in nothern Prague. The EURES visitor centre and the Youth on the Move stand were opposite eachother and could demonstrate how language learning and mobility goes hand in hand with opportunities on the pan-European job market. EU actions and programmes were also demonstrated and explained by colleagues from DGT, the Czech Representation and the National Agency NAEP. DG Employment occupied two conference rooms with a series of presentations and workshops on the theme Youth@Work.

- On the second day of the fair EAC hosted a day of conferences and round-table discussions about language policies and projects for the labour market.
- The Youth on the Move stand was multifunctional and interactive.
