In view of the upcoming European elections, the ALCOTRA programme would like to provide the keys to better understand the Europe’s role in the young Europeans’ lives and the many challenges that concern them.

This is a podcast in six episodes, produced in French and Italian, initiated by the ALCOTRA Youth Council with the support of the Managing Authority of the Interreg France-Italia ALCOTRA Programme.
Through this project, made by young people for young people, a voice to the members of the Council has given so that they could talk about their experience within the Programme, the place that Europe plays in their daily lives and the importance of European cooperation in cross-border areas. The overall objective of this project is to remind young people, just a few months away from the next European elections, the importance of expressing their views through voting.
The first episode, published on 9th February, was opened by Valeria CENACCHI, from the European Commission, who presented the Interreg programmes and their role in European cooperation. In the sixth and final episode, Nicolas DARAGON, Vice-President of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region, will close the podcast as representative of the Managing Authority of the Interreg France-Italia ALCOTRA Programme.
The episodes are being published every Friday from 9th February to 15th March 2024 on the ALCOTRA Programme website and on streaming platforms (Spotify, Deezer, Amazon Music, Podbean).
