The event will showcase the support provided by the European Commission to Member States, regions, and cities through the 8 Pillars of the Talent Booster Mechanism (TBM). It will also allow to reflect on Cohesion policy’s role to tackle demographic change and harness talent in EU’s regions.
It will provide an opportunity for regional stakeholders to highlight their experiences in designing solutions to challenges related to harnessing talent and as well as a dedicated occasion for expert exchanges and policy reflection.
The first high-level event was held on November 2023 and gathered 120 key stakeholders at European, national, regional and local levels, with an additional 600 participants online. It launched the Harnessing Talent Platform and introduced the support offered to EU regions through the 8 pillars of the Talent Booster Mechanism.
