On Monday, 10 March, Executive Vice-President for Cohesion and Reforms, Raffaele Fitto, will visit France to engage with national and regional authorities on the implementation of Cohesion Policy.

The discussions will focus on the benefits of Cohesion Policy for Europe’s citizens and its future direction. The Executive Vice-President will meet with key officials, including the French Minister for Overseas, Manuel Valls; the Minister for Spatial Planning and Decentralisation, François Rebsamen; and the Minister for the Ecological Transition, Biodiversity, Forests, the Sea, and Fisheries, Agnès Pannier-Runacher. He will also meet the mayor of Paris, Anne Hidalgo, the President of the Ile de France Regional Council, Valerie Pécresse, and a delegation of mayors.
