Thanks to EU co-financing of about €14 million, the historical collection of the Friedenstein Castle Foundation Gotha is being digitally recorded.

The second phase of the project has been officially launched at a press conference today in Gotha, Germany. The digital documentation makes the collection available for international research and digital exhibitions.
