Apply now on the competition platform .
The selection process has also been revised. Firstly, a panel of high-level academics in the respective fields will assess the submitted applications and select the finalists. Secondly, the finalists will be invited to a “final round” of selection during the EU Regions’ Week in Brussels.
As in previous years, the public will have the opportunity to vote for their favourite finalist in the Public Choice Award. All winners will be announced during the REGIOSTARS ceremony in Ostrava (Czech Republic) on 16 November 2023.
The winners of the six categories and the public choice winner will win a local communication campaign managed in cooperation with DG REGIO to promote the awarded activities in the region.
The Guide for Applicants, available in all EU languages soon, provides you with all the necessary information to make your project a winner. As well as a detailed description of the award categories, the eligibility and award criteria, the guide also contains practical information on the application process.
