INTERACT offers assistance to stakeholders who are implementing EU-funded programmes under the cohesion policy's European Territorial Cooperation goal.

INTERACT provides advice on management and implementation, supports the organisation of thematic seminars and disseminates examples of good practice.

INTERACT assists institutions and organisations around Europe that have been responsible for managing territorial cooperation programmes. They include managing authorities, joint technical secretariats, national contact points, and certifying and audit authorities. The programme covers all EU Member States, plus Norway and Switzerland. INTERACT also support programmes in pre-accession and European Neighbourhood countries. It is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
