Monitoring report

Ready to fill in your latest monitoring report?

The deadline to complete a monitoring report is every six months. TSSPs will be contacted when the next deadline is approaching.

Why is there a need for a monitoring report?

To monitor the progress and state of play of each TSSP, the lead regions of a TSSP will be responsible to complete a monitoring report every 6 months. Only one monitoring report should be complete per partnership per period. This monitoring report covers the latest activities, meetings, demonstration, commercialisation and scale-up activities, challenges and bottlenecks faced.

A short web-based monitoring template is proposed to ease reporting burdens on the participating regions and to facilitate a rapid updating on what is happening in the TSSP.

How will the monitoring report be used?

The monitoring report will be used in two ways:

  • In its entirety as a monitoring report with a concise overview of the latest activities, planned activities and KPIs monitoring
  • It will be used to develop testimonials on the partnership activities that will be presented on the S3 Thematic Platforms website

How can I complete my TSSP monitoring report?

The web-based form with its two cut-off dates per year will be shared with TSSPs when the deadline is approaching. EU survey is the tool used to collect the monitoring reports.
