The project "EU-Latin America Cooperation on Regional Innovation Systems in the framework of Regional Policy (Chile and Peru)" was based on transferring and disseminating European experience in regional development and innovation policies in the framework of the cooperation dialogs established between the European Union and the governments of Chile and Peru.
