Assessment of demand and supply in administrative capacity to manage European Structural and Investment Funds and explore interest in exchange instrumenta new staff

The purpose of this study was to establish whether there was an interest in the a new staff exchange instrument in the EU Member States/regions and identify features of such an instrument that the EU Member States/regions would find most useful.
