JESSICA: UDF Handbook

This handbook seeks to provide Managing Authorities and other JESSICA stakeholders with good practice principles and guidance for the establishment, operation and wind‐down of JESSICA Urban Development Funds (UDFs).It takes over from the ‘Holding Fund Handbook’ at the point a Managing Authority has taken the decision to implement a JESSICA Operation and from the ‘UDF Typologies and Governance Structures’ study (referred to hereafter as ‘the UDF Typologies Study’) that helps determine a suitable UDF structure to be adopted.
