Programme description
The programme’s investments will support the city’s business competitiveness, sustainability and social inclusion.
Through the ERDF, the programme will promote development of both public and private digital services, for the tourism sector and to bolster cybersecurity. In addition, it will support entrepreneurship with the launch of a hub for technologically innovative enterprises.
In addition, it will promote energy-efficient renovation of public buildings, transition to renewable energies, mitigation of flood risk thanks to green infrastructure, a more sustainable water cycle and sustainable urban mobility. The programme will also support actions to protect and restore biodiversity in link with Natura 2000 Priority Action Framework.
Finally, the programme will design and implement a dedicated strategy for the regeneration of the city’s disadvantaged areas.
