Main objectives
The main objective of the programme is to make the Kujawsko-Pomorskie region more competitive and innovative and to improve the quality of life of its inhabitants.
Funding priorities
The programme will focus on these main priorities:
- Strengthening R&D activities of entreprises
- Increasing the SME sector's productivity
- Increasing the use of urban public transport
- Improving transport accessibility in general
- Improving access to health services
- Promoting sustainable and quality employment and supporting labour mobility
- Promoting social inclusion
- Investing in education, training and vocational training for skills and lifelong learning
Expected impacts
- Increase in enterprises' R&D expenditure as a share of GDP
- Increasedshareof innovative enterprises to almost 13%inthe total numberof industrial enterprisesand enterprises inthe service sector
- Increased numberof journeys on public transport per inhabitantin urban areasto148 a year
- 65%share ofelectricity productionfrom renewable energy sourcesintotal electricity production
- 80% of the population connected to sewage system
- more than 5-fold increase in the percentage of differentiated municipal waste collected selectively to 50%
- 75% of the children aged 3-4 years in pre-school education
- support to more than 24,000 unemployed in their search for a job
- support to more than 54,000 students to develop key competencies
