Mediterranean Sea Basin Programme projects showing the way at COP 27

At the COP 27 conference, the European Neighbourhood Instrument’s cross-border cooperation programme for the Mediterranean Sea Basin (“ENI CBC MED”) will showcase a number of EU-funded projects that provide innovative and sustainable solutions to the environmental challenges faced by the region. There are three online events to join.

For the first time in history, the United Nations’ Climate Change Conference, COP27 (6-18 Nov 2022), will host a Mediterranean Pavilion. This is a coalition of partners seeking to highlight the urgent challenges the region faces, but also the innovative solutions that are already being developed. As partner of the Mediterranean Pavilion, the ENI CBC MED programme will share with the global environmental community the cooperation opportunities and innovative solutions implemented under several funded projects.
