So to help administrations managing and implementing the Funds in evaluating and strengthening these competencies, the Directorate General for Regional and Urban Policy (DG REGIO) has developed a web-based Self-Assessment Tool.
It is called the EU Competency Framework and you can start using it by requesting a username, password and a link today.
