An ERDF-funded initiative has built a modern, innovative and eco-friendly rehabilitation facility to provide better care to patients in central Poland.

The state-of-the-art, innovative centre recently opened in the village of Szczerców with a high-profile ceremony. Not only is the facility replete with the latest equipment and staffed with highly qualified personnel, it is also pioneering in its eco-friendliness – making it the envy of other regions.

The centre will focus on physiotherapy and rehabilitation, specialising in hydro-, cryo-, laser and light therapy.

Through the use of solar and geothermal energy, the facility will help foster a cleaner environment in the surrounding area and have a positive impact on the health of citizens, both within and beyond its walls.
