COOPENERGY: Multi-Level Governance in Sustainable Energy Planning

COOPENERGY is a European project that seeks to link regional and local authorities in order to develop more collaborative sustainable energy action plans, through multi-level governance models. Elected officials and officers of local and regional authorities, energy planning facilitators (energy agencies, clusters ...), members of the academic sphere, we invite you to discover: • How 7 European regions have forged a more collaborative approach between the regional and local public authorities to revise together the Regional Sustainable Energy Action Plan taking into account local needs, to implement joint actions for more efficiency and coherence (ex : joint procurement of public lighting), etc. • The tools developed now available to you to implement more collaborative sustainable energy planning in your territory
