The “Webinar on Conflict of interest” took place on 8 June 2023. The webinar was organised by Directorate General for Budget and Directorate General for Regional and Urban policy.
The webinar discussed the practical implementation of the conflict of interest provisions stated in the Financial Regulation and in the Common Provisions Regulation in relation to the 2021-2027 programming period for the Common Provisions Regulation Funds.
The webinar was the follow up of the presentation on the Guidelines by the Directorate General for Budget that took place on 23 September 2020 in the technical meeting with Audit Authorities and on 25 September 2020 and 29 November 2021 Expert Group on European Structural and Investment Funds.
